Enneagram Summit featuring our own Whitney Russell MS, LPC-S, CEDS-C, EMDR Trained: Healing Your Relationship with Food, Body, and Self

We are excited to share that our own Whitney Russell MS, LPC-S, CEDS-C, EMDR Trained be speaking at the 3rd annual Enneagram Summit for the Helping Profession, a free virtual event featuring more than 20 Enneagram teachers, therapists, and practitioners exploring how the Enneagram can support healing, growth, and meaningful change.

In her session, She’ll be talking about the Enneagram and our relationship with food, body image, and self-worth—especially how different personality patterns can shape the way we cope, control, restrict, numb, strive, or disconnect from ourselves.

Whether you’re a therapist, helping professional, or someone doing your own personal healing work, this summit offers practical and compassionate insight into how the Enneagram can deepen self-understanding and support transformation.

In her therapy practice, Whitney uses the Enneagram as a tool to help clients develop greater self-awareness, compassion, and emotional flexibility. It can be incredibly helpful in understanding relationship dynamics, coping patterns, shame responses, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, and the deeper motivations underneath behavior. Whitney especially loves integrating the Enneagram into conversations around embodiment, attachment, and healing our relationship with our bodies.

This summit is designed for:
Therapists, counselors, coaches, social workers, clergy, wellness practitioners, and anyone interested in personal growth and emotional healing.

Topics throughout the summit include:

  • Eating disorders and body image

  • Chronic stress, pain, and illness

  • Relationships and attachment

  • Sexuality and intimacy

  • Money patterns and self-sabotage

  • Mindfulness and embodied healing

  • Shadow work and inner authority
